If you wish to request a refund for your donation, it must be done in writing or by email within 15 days from the donation date. This includes donations made via:

  • Online or electronic payment methods.
  • Cheques or demand drafts provided to Save the Child Smile Foundation or its authorized agents.
  • Cheques/demand drafts sent through other means.

Refund requests should be addressed to the address listed below and must include the following details:

  • Date and amount of the donation.
  • Cheque/draft number (if applicable).
  • Last 4 digits of your credit card number (if applicable).
  • Gift-ID (if the donation was made online).
